Description

  • Implement and oversee metrics and KPIs for assessing individual and team performance.
  • Lead and manage a call center team, providing guidance and support to ensure performance targets are met.
  • Create and deliver training programs to improve agent skills, product knowledge, and customer service.
  • Monitor customer feedback, resolve escalated issues, and implement strategies to improve service processes. Enhance overall customer experience within the call centre.

Requirements

  • At least 8 years of experience in a customer service industry and at least 3 years of experience in management level
  • Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualification will be advantaged
  • Native Laotian and Business English is a must.
  • Has good experience in people management, and good communication skills.
