The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Training Manager to join our team

Description

• Assess training needs within the organization and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement training plans to address identified needs.
• Create and deliver training programs using various methods, such as classroom training, on-the-job training, e-learning, and workshops.
• Collaborate with department managers to ensure training programs align with organizational goals and objectives.
• Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and make adjustments as necessary.
• Manage the training budget and allocate resources effectively.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development.
• Evaluate the performance of training participants and provide feedback.
• Collaborate with external training providers, if necessary, to deliver specialized training programs.
• Maintain training records and prepare reports on training activities and outcomes.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred. Relevant certifications in training and development are a plus.
• Previous experience in training and development, preferably in the hospitality industry, is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of training methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively deliver training programs and communicate with employees at all levels.
• Ability to assess training needs, evaluate training program effectiveness, and make data-driven decisions.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Technical Higher Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical Field in Lift truck maintenance
• Must be fluent in Lao or Thai as well as English.
