Sales Executive at a Hospitality, Hotels, and Resorts Business Company in Luang Prabang

  • Responsible for B2B / B2C Sales, Travel agent and Corporate Sales, Customer Account Management / Development, Customer Service
  • Up to 15,500,000 LAK plus competitive benefits and allowances

The Role

The ideal candidate for this role is a results-driven professional with a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of Sales & Marketing experience. They should excel in interpersonal and leadership skills, demonstrate a strong track record in achieving results, and have proficiency in English communication. Experience in hotel/property management or the entertainment business is a plus

Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all existing and potential customers, negotiating and confirming events in line with the hotel's sales strategy
  • Identify opportunities for upselling, maximize revenue through catering and group bookings, and deliver efficient and effective customer service within predefined parameters to achieve sales objectives
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to ensure seamless communication and execution of sales initiatives
  • Contribute to a positive and memorable guest experience by maintaining a high level of service quality and attention to detail

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any field and a minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales & Marketing
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, proficiency in English communication, and a track record of achieving results through effective negotiation techniques
