Description

Maintain optimal inventory levels, streamline procurement processes, and minimize wastage to maximize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Cultivate a welcoming environment, address customer concerns promptly, and promote positive interactions to foster customer loyalty and satisfaction.
Uphold food safety regulations, cleanliness standards, and service quality to enhance the dining experience and uphold the restaurant's reputation.
Monitor financial performance, analyse budgetary data, and implement strategies to optimize revenue, control expenses, and drive profitability.

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience in Restaurant and at least 3 years of experience in management level
Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualification will be advantaged
Native Laotian or Open to Native Thai who can base in Laos and Business English is a must.
Has good experience in marketing, knows how to deal with customers, team management and business development.
