Description

• Oversee warehouse personnel to enhance productivity and meet performance benchmarks
• Develop and oversee budget proposals, monitoring expenses for optimal financial management
• Implement strategic layout changes to optimize storage capacity and adhere to product storage guidelines
• Coordinate distribution logistics, ensuring timely delivery from storage facilities to customers
• Strategize ongoing team development initiatives to drive continuous improvement
• Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline distribution processes and enhance overall supply chain efficiency
• Supervise and coordinate activities of drivers, both internal and third-party, to ensure efficient transportation operations

Requirements

• Bachelors’ degree is a must
• Minimum 5 Years of working experiences in the relevant field
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Able to use MS office, inventory management software and Experience in SAP is preferable
• Strong problem solving skills
