- Responsible for leading the analysis of sales data to provide insights that drive business strategy and decision-making, developing and maintaining analytical tools, generating reports, and working closely with the sales team to optimize performance and identify opportunities for growth

Description
- Collect, analyse, and interpret sales data to identify trends, patterns, and insights, develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track sales performance
- Provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making and collaborate with sales leadership to optimize sales processes and initiatives
- Manage and enhance sales analytics tools and system, ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of sales data
- Implement best practices for sales analytics and reporting,streamline data collection, analysis, and reporting workflows
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Sales industry and at least 2 years of experience in management level
- Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualification will be advantaged
- Native Laotian and Business English is a must
- Track and analyse the performance and productivity of sales touchpoints by region, channel, and customer type
