• Responsible for managing and analysing sales data, generating insights, and providing strategic support to enhance sales performances, involves maintaining data accuracy, monitoring sales activities, and optimizing sales processes to drive business growth

Description

• Provide training and support for sales tools, systems, and data usage
• Assist sales teams in interpreting and leveraging data effectively, ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity
• Manage and update databases and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
• Streamline sales workflows and operations to enhance productivity and conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in Sales industry and at least 2 years of experience in management level
• Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualification will be advantaged
• Native Laotian and Business English is a must
• Track and analyse the performance and productivity of sales touchpoints by region, channel, and customer type and recommend based on data analysis to improve sales performance
