Sales Account Manager at IT Hardware Distribution Company in Vientiane

  • Responsible for B2B Sales, Customer Account Development / Management, Key Account Management, Client Services and CRM

The Role

The ideal candidate for this role is a highly motivated and customer-focused Account Manager with a strong background in computer hardware sales. They should possess exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, a proven track record in account management and sales forecasting, and the ability to excel under pressure while contributing to the company's sales objectives in the computer hardware industry

  • Build and nurture relationships with both existing and potential clients, while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in Laos
  • Effectively manage client accounts, including sales forecasting, and ensure the achievement of sales targets
  • Utilize strong sales and negotiation skills to drive business growth and maintain high-quality client relationships
  • Thrive in a high-pressure environment by working diligently to meet sales objectives and contribute to the company's success


  • Minimum 4 years of working experience, preferably from an IT Hardware Sales background
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, along with proficiency in English and Lao
  • Mandatory Business English level
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
