Description

Regularly monitor network errors, malware, and security vulnerabilities
Manage the data centre operations and equipment, operating round the clock, and act as the main point of contact for on-call personnel
Install new equipment and maintain existing hardware, including equipment racking, cable management, and repair tasks
Maintain and monitor all data centre facilities, including CRAC units, switches, UPS systems, generators, and chillers

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Electronic Engineering
Demonstrated proficiency in technologies, operating systems, networking, antivirus software, backups, systems, and firewalls is advantageous
Familiarity with at least one of the following vendor products: Juniper, VMWare, Microsoft, or Cisco
Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and adept at managing multiple support cases
Possess strong writing skills for maintaining well-organized documentation
