Description

• Regularly monitor network errors, malware, and security vulnerabilities
• Manage the data centre operations and equipment, operating round the clock, and act as the main point of contact for on-call personnel
• Install new equipment and maintain existing hardware, including equipment racking, cable management, and repair tasks
• Maintain and monitor all data centre facilities, including CRAC units, switches, UPS systems, generators, and chillers

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Electronic Engineering
• Demonstrated proficiency in technologies, operating systems, networking, antivirus software, backups, systems, and firewalls is advantageous
• Familiarity with at least one of the following vendor products: Juniper, VMWare, Microsoft, or Cisco
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and adept at managing multiple support cases
• Possess strong writing skills for maintaining well-organized documentation
