•    To work with the Customer to introduce and demo our solutions, working with Channel Partners to drive the go-to-market programs 
•    Up to 50,000,000 LAK plus other benefits

About the Company

Our client is one of the growing technical services provider companies in Laos

The Role

•    Provide technical support and troubleshooting for cloud-based applications and services
•    Assist customers with deploying, configuring, and managing their cloud infrastructure
•    Monitor cloud systems for performance issues and outages, and implement corrective actions
•    Conduct performance tuning, optimization, and capacity planning for cloud systems
•    Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure seamless deployment of applications

Requirements

•    Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering or a related field
•    Minimum 2 years of work experience in cloud support or related roles
•    Proficiency in Linux/Unix and Windows operating systems
•    Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools
•    Good communication skills in English are required
