Description
- Establish and nurture customer relationships by understanding their needs and developing strategies to meet them
- Implement high-quality customer service processes to promote positive interactions with customers
- Initiate contact with potential customers to build connections and establish relationships
- Identify key personnel within client organizations to cultivate profitable relationships
- Collaborate with the pre-sales team to explore opportunities and achieve sales targets
- Proactively introduce new sales initiatives to existing customer base
- Respond promptly and effectively to customer complaints, ensuring swift resolution and maintaining professionalism in all communications
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Telecommunication, IT, Electronics, Business Administration, or related fields
- Sales experience in industries such as Public Security, Electric, and e-Government with a proven track record is essential
- Strong knowledge of customer relationship management is a must
- Has experience such as CISCO, IBM, EMC, DELL and HP, enterprise is referable
- Excellent communication skills in English (proficiency in Chinese is a plus)
- Fast learner, passionate in ICT industry and enthusiastic, good in teamwork and problem solving
- Strong team player and excellent influencing skills with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
