• Responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with key accounts, driving sales, and executing strategic initiatives to achieve business objectives
• Up to 35,000,000 LAK plus other allowances

Description

• Establish and nurture customer relationships by understanding their needs and developing strategies to meet them
• Implement high-quality customer service processes to promote positive interactions with customers
• Initiate contact with potential customers to build connections and establish relationships
• Identify key personnel within client organizations to cultivate profitable relationships
• Collaborate with the pre-sales team to explore opportunities and achieve sales targets
• Proactively introduce new sales initiatives to existing customer base
• Respond promptly and effectively to customer complaints, ensuring swift resolution and maintaining professionalism in all communications

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Telecommunication, IT, Electronics, Business Administration, or related fields
• Sales experience in industries such as Public Security, Electric, and e-Government with a proven track record is essential
• Strong knowledge of customer relationship management is a must
• Has experience such as CISCO, IBM, EMC, DELL and HP, enterprise is referable
• Excellent communication skills in English (proficiency in Chinese is a plus)
• Fast learner, passionate in ICT industry and enthusiastic, good in teamwork and problem solving
• Strong team player and excellent influencing skills with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
