Excellent Opportunity for a talented, experienced, and self-driven banking professional to join an International Commercial Bank as a Senior Relationship Manager for the Chinese Desk. The role will focus on managing and expanding relationships with Chinese corporate clients, driving lending and deposit growth, and delivering tailored banking solutions

Description

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Chinese corporate clients and business partners
•  Identify new business opportunities and expand the bank’s Chinese client portfolio
• Promote lending, deposit, and other banking products to achieve business targets
•  Prepare and present quality credit proposals and applications to the management committee
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding and excellent customer service
•  Monitor market trends and client feedback to support business growth strategies

Requirements

•  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related fields
•  Proven experience in Business Development and Client Engagement especially in Lending and Deposits
• Strong ability to analyse, articulate, and present high-quality credit applications to the committee
•  In-depth knowledge of key business functions and operations within a fully licensed commercial bank
•  Chinese language proficiency is highly preferred
•  Good with proficiency in both written and oral in English and/or Lao
