• Responsible for leading project finance activities, including deal origination, structuring, credit assessment, and portfolio management to support large-scale infrastructure and corporate projects
• Up to 60,000,000 LAK plus other attractive allowance

Description

• Lead the origination and execution of project finance transactions across infrastructure, energy, real estate, and industrial sectors
• Structure complex financing solutions, including syndicated loans and cross-border transactions
• Conduct detailed financial modelling, risk assessment, and credit analysis for investment decisions
• Manage the project finance portfolio, ensuring compliance with covenants, timelines, and risk parameters
• Collaborate with internal teams and present deals to Credit Committee for approval
• Ensure compliance with Bank of Laos regulations and international ESG standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred)
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Banking and Finance Industry with at least 5 years in project finance, infrastructure lending or structure finance at a Senior LevelStrong expertise in financial modelling, deal structuring, and credit risk analysis
• Proven track record in deal origination and execution of large-scale projects
• Expertise in navigating Bank of Laos credit regulations and Lao Investment Law, with a strategic focus on large-exposure rules
• Good with proficiency in both written and oral in English and/or Lao
