Description

• Develop and implement digital banking strategies aligned with the bank’s overall business objectives
• Lead the design, development, and enhancement of digital banking products (mobile banking, internet banking, digital payments)
• Drive digital transformation initiatives to improve customer experience and operational efficiency
• Collaborate with IT, product, and operations teams to deliver seamless digital solutions
• Monitor digital performance metrics, user engagement, and continuously optimize platforms
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, cybersecurity standards, and data protection policies
• Identify new digital opportunities, partnerships, and innovations to expand market reach 

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information technology, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
• Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in digital banking, fintech, or digital transformation within financial institutions
• Strong understanding of digital banking platforms, mobile applications, and payment systems
• Proven leadership experience in managing digital teams and large-scale projects
• Experience in product development, customer journey optimization, and digital strategy
• Good with proficiency in both written and oral in English and/or Lao
