Description

• Implement Forex & Trade Finance strategy to grow revenue and expand the Bank's cross-border trade facilitation capabilities
• Monitor and manage FX exposure, trade-related risks, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Build and maintain strong relationships with correspondent banks, financial institutions, and corporate clients
• Lead the origination, structuring, and processing of trade finance instruments for import/export clients
• Ensure compliance with Bank of Laos regulations and internal policies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Banking, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in FX, trade finance, or banking operations within financial institutions
• Strong knowledge of FX markets, trade finance products (LC, BG, collections), and international trade practices
• Excellent communication skills, especially in dealing with correspondent banks and international clients
• Proven ExCo or Senior Management experience in a regulated bank
• Good with proficiency in both written and oral in English and/or Lao
