Description

• Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies to support business objectives.
• Analyze financial data, performance metrics, and market trends to provide insights and recommendations to senior management
• Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, collaborating with department heads to establish realistic financial targets
• Prepare financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, and communicate financial results to stakeholders
• Assess financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them effectively
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities to facilitate smooth audits and resolve any issues as they arise

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the food and beverage industry
• Strong understanding of financial principles, practices, and regulations
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems
• Fluent in Lao and English language
