Description

• Collaborate with senior leadership to understand the company's strategic goals and translate them into HR initiatives
• Provide strategic coaching and consulting to leaders on people and organization development strategies
• Lead and participate in the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and programs
• Advise and guide managers on performance management and employee relations issues
• Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of a positive work environment

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
• 2 to 3 years of experience as an HR Business Partner
• Demonstrated experience in organization development, change management, and employee relations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze HR metrics
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Good command of Lao and English languages (spoken and written)
• Lao Nationality Only: We are specifically looking for candidates who are nationals of Lao Country to promote diversity and support the local community
