About the Company

Our client is one of the growing manufacturing company in Laos

The Role

• Offer technical support primarily for network connectivity, encompassing both wired and wireless setups, within and between sites, and assistance with the PABX system
• Monitor network security, including firewall logs and network traffic
• Operate the PABX communication system
• Provide technical assistance to users regarding client applications, computer hardware, and peripherals such as printers, copiers, and scanners
• Offer assistance during IT project implementation

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Diploma degree in computer science or information technology
• Preferred 1-2 years of work experience in IT, network, or IT support
• Basic English and communication skills required
• Must be available for on-site work, willing to work long hours, and be on-call
