• Accountable for overseeing the advancement, tailoring, and incorporation of diverse enterprise resource planning (ERP) platforms, encompassing Odoo HRMS, Office 365, SharePoint, and DMS Document Management System

Description

• Create, personalize, and incorporate Odoo HRMS modules for the efficient management of a range of HR operations
• Including functions such as annual leave, payroll, overtime, etc
• Configure and oversee Office 365 applications
• Craft and execute tailored solutions utilizing SharePoint development tools and industry best practices, aimed at enhancing collaboration, document management, and workflow automation
• Collaborate with SAP ERP systems to extract and refine data for reporting and integration requirements

Requirements

• Deep familiarity with various database management systems, including MySQL, SQL Server, and Oracle
• Hands-on experience with Odoo, Office 365 (including SharePoint), and SAP ERP systems preferred
• Proficiency in an array of programming languages such as Python, Java, Dart, or C#
• Demonstrated ability in analytical thinking and problem-solving, coupled with effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record in analytical problem-solving, complemented by strong communication and interpersonal abilities
