Description

<li>Formulate and execute service and maintenance plans for heavy equipment, farm tractors, and forklifts</li>
<li>Supervise the service team to promptly address customer issues, prioritizing satisfaction</li>
<li>Work with sales to ensure customer retention, actively managing key relationships</li>
<li>Evaluate customer feedback for enhancement opportunities and ensure regulatory compliance</li>
<li>Institute training initiatives for the service team and generate performance reports</li>
<li>Enhance service operations, manage expenses, attract talent, and meet annual objectives</li>
</ul>
Requirements
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent</li>
<li>Minimum 8 years of experience in servicing heavy equipment</li>
<li>Great leadership skills</li>
<li>Native Lao or Thai with English skills as well</li>
