Description

• Developing strategic PR plans aligned with organizational goals and objectives. 
• Keeping employees informed and engaged by developing internal communication materials, such as newsletters, intranet updates, and town hall meetings. 
• Creating compelling content such as articles, blog posts, social media posts, and multimedia materials (e.g., videos, infographics) to engage audiences and enhance brand reputation.
• Building and maintaining relationships with journalists, editors, and influencers to secure media coverage. 

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in Marketing Agency with specialized in Public Relations
• Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualification will be advantaged.
• Native Laotian and Business English is a must.
• Has good experience in exceptional communication skills, encompassing both written and verbal proficiency.
