Description
- Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of customer service representatives
- Provide guidance and training to team members, ensuring they are equipped to deliver excellent customer service
- Oversee all customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations, ensuring timely and effective resolution
- Handle complex customer issues and provide support to team members in resolving challenging cases
- Develop and optimize customer service processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in related industry and at least 3 years of experience in management level
- Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualification will be advantaged
- Business English is a must
