• Responsible for leading the company’s overall risk management framework, including credit, operational, market, and compliance risks
• Up to 55,000,000 LAK plus other attractive allowances

Description

• Develop and implement risk identification, assessment and mitigation for credit risk, liquidity risk, operational risk, and technology risk
• Identify, assess, and monitor key risks across lending, credit, market, operational, and compliance functions
• Oversee the development of risk policies, procedures, and risk appetite statements
• Lead risk reporting to the Board and Senior Management, highlighting emerging risks and recommended actions
• Manage and lead the risk management team, ensuring high performance and professional development

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, Law, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 4 to 6 years of working experience in risk management within banking or financial services, with 3 years in a leadership position
• Proven experience in risk management, compliance, or internal audit within banking and financial services industry
• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks, risk assessment, and corporate governance
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Fluency in Lao and English is a strong advantage
