• Responsible for overseeing credit risk assessment, managing credit approval processes, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards to support prudent lending practices.
• Up to 20,000,000 LAK plus other allowances

Description

• Assess creditworthiness of prospective borrowers by analysing financial statements, credit reports
• Manage credit approval processes, including reviewing credit proposals, conducting risk assessments, and presenting recommendations to senior management.
• Develop and implement credit risk management strategies and policies to mitigate credit losses, improve portfolio quality.
• Monitor credit exposures and portfolio performance, identifying emerging risks and trends, and providing timely insights and recommendations.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of working experience as a Credit Operations or Recovery Manager in financial related industries.
• A Bachelor’s degree of Science in Accounting, Finance, Banking and Business or a related field
• Strong time management and people management skills
• Exceptional analytical skills and an eye for detail
• Good Command in both written and oral in Lao and English languages
