Description

Establish and enforce the proper accounting methods, policies, and principles
Lead the development and execution of financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and reporting to senior management
Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments to gather financial data, assess business performance

Requirements

Minimum 3 or 5 years of extensive experience in financial planning, analysis, or related roles within the banking or financial services industry
A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Statistics are preferred major fields. CPA Qualifications would be a plus
Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases
Proven knowledge of accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations in Laos
Proficiency in both written and oral in English and Lao Languages
