Head of Lending at International Financial Services company in Vientiane

• Responsible for leading and developing the lending sales functions for the business growth.
• Up to 35,000,000 LAK  plus other allowances

The Role

Excellent Opportunity for talented, well-experienced and self-motivated Lending Sales Manager candidate who to help with organization expansion of lending products, can ensure the profitability of the organization and who have good networking abilities in Laos.

Description

• Ensure the company branding, PR and communications working well to contribute with company short-term and long-term strategies.
• Represent the company for business relationship with partners in the purpose of the sales performance and productivity.
• Coach the sale team to assess the financial criteria, pricing and KYC of the customer and business location.
• Work closely with the other department for the legal document and asset delivery effectiveness.
• Train the lending team for better performance and market competition.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of working experience in Middle Management position with a proven record of Sales Management functions in any related industries.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or Marketing, Statistics are preferred major fields
• Strong interpersonal communication and leadership skills with the ability to communicate and manage staff all levels
• Travelling to abroad for further meeting, training, and introduction as well as Travelling to all provinces of Laos
• Only Native Laotian with proficiency in both written and oral in English
