Description

• Develop and implement a plan focusing on loan pipelines for FIs, Corporate Banking, Commercial Banking for the growth of new and existing clients

• Understand the Bank’s product information and industry

• Monitor the credit quality in portfolio including assessment and risk profile

• Inform the team of all new information related to products, procedures, and trends

• Provide the clients with the best consultations and guiding their decision-making process

Requirements

• At least 3 to 4 years of working experience as a Relationship Manager or a similar role in Banking industry

• Bachelor’s degree is a must or A Degree in Business Management, Finance, Communication, or a similar field

• Ability on analytical and financial analysis

• Ability to build and maintain strong client and business relationships

• Good efficiency in presentation and organizational skills

• Laos Nationality with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
