<li>Prepare yearly budget and style samples, seeking approval from senior management</li>
<li>Coordinate and follow up with the production team at the factory for daily production plans</li>
<li>Constantly update and interact with suppliers to plan style production and monitor timelines</li>
<li>Monitor fabric and trim delivery, inventory control, and smooth functioning of manufacturing processes</li>
<li>Report daily to senior management on the manufacturing status, prepare costing sheets, and manage customer orders and shipments</li>
</ul>
Requirements
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in a related field</li>
<li>Minimum 3-5 years of experience in merchandising</li>
<li>Must be able to communicate well in English</li>
