Description

Conduct routine maintenance and servicing, diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical issues to ensure optimal functionality
Perform scheduled inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshoot M&E systems to address any potential issues proactively
Collaborate with customers to understand their service requirements, provide technical advice, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
Keep detailed records of service and maintenance activities, including parts used, hours worked, and recommendations for future repairs or upgrades
Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and manufacturer guidelines to continuously improve service processes and maintain technical proficiency
