• Responsible for managing onsite service center business operation and development in Laos

The Role

The ideal background for the role will have strong hands-on experience in franchise business model management, ideally from the Automotive business, experience in handling sales and marketing function in service oriented business model

Description

• Develop and managing the product sellings to all OSCs in Laos.
• Maintain a high level of deale service reputation in the market area.
• Achieve a high level of business results and profits.
• Ensure the OSCs are meeting all the franchise policies and operating in highest efficiency level.
• Develop new service franchise in potential provinces to attract and development new customers.
• Weekly revenue report to the management team, increase business to get revenue and control P&L

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree level in business management or related fields
• Minimum 5 – 8 years of working experience in service oriented business model with multiple service centers, franchise business operation or Automotive business
• Laotian Nationality with proficiency in English skills in both verbal & written, able to communicate with stakeholders.
• Able to handle extensive travelling based on the business requirements and flexibility to stay in provinces if needed.
• Able to drive car and work independently
