Senior HR Executive at a Successful Real Estate and Properties Management Service Company in Vientiane, Laos

  • Responsible for hiring and managing employees while ensuring compliance with Labor laws. Professionals in this role will also update HR policies and regulations
  • Up to 9,500,000 LAK plus other allowances and benefits

The role will oversee recruitment and selection processes, develop, and implement HR strategies, and handle employee relations.

Description

  • Oversee recruitment and selection processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring new employees.
  • Maintain HR records, including employee files, compensation, and benefits information.
  • Develop employee recognition and rewards programs.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals and improve HR processes.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with government agencies and employee unions.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Human Resources Management
  • Minimum (5) year experience in related field -General knowledge and required legal knowledge according to Labor law.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft (word, excel, power point).
  • Can communicate with English language.
  • Ability to work in team, also independently.
  • Good presentation skill and leadership skill
