The position focuses on overseeing the full dealership operation, including sales, after-sales, and financial performance. The successful candidate will take full ownership of operations, drive profitability, ensure operational excellence, and maintain strong customer satisfaction while aligning with business strategies.

Description
- Lead and manage overall dealership operations including sales and after-sales functions
- Drive achievement of sales targets and profitability across all departments
- Develop and execute strategies to grow market share and revenue
- Oversee daily operations to ensure high customer service standards and operational efficiency
- Monitor financial performance including P&L, budgeting, and forecasting
- Manage vehicle, parts, and accessories inventory effectively
- Maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders
- Identify market opportunities and monitor competitor activities
- Lead, coach, and develop teams to achieve operational and sales targets
- Ensure continuous improvement of processes, performance, and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field
- Several years of experience in automotive dealership management with both sales and after-sales exposure for commercial vehicles, ideally with Chinese Brand or similar.
- Strong experience in commercial vehicle or equipment business is an advantage
- Proven experience in P&L management and driving business performance
- Strong understanding of automotive industry practices and processes
- Excellent leadership and team management capability
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English
