• You will be mainly responsible for the end-to-end market deployment of the Smart Core ERP template (Microsoft Dynamics 365), ensuring strict adherence to global standards and governance across all project phases

The Role 

You will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and governance for the end-to-end delivery of the Smart Core ERP deployment in Laos. You will enforce a Fit-to-Standard strategy, ensuring local teams adopt global template processes rather than building customized local solutions unless strictly required by local regulatory or legal mandates

Description

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional matrix delivery teams, System Integrator partners, and key business stakeholders across design, build, test, cutover, and stabilization phases
• Drive strict Fit-to-Standard adoption by evaluating market requirements, challenging local customizations, and guiding all gap/deviation approvals through formal DA, ARB, and Change Request processes
• Maintain and execute an integrated delivery plan across workstreams (Data Migration, Integrations, Testing, and Change Management) to serve as the single source of truth for scope, schedule, and quality
• Enforce rigorous governance discipline, managing stage-gate reviews, readiness assessments, and escalation paths for RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) logs
• Provide clear progress reporting, risk assessments, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership, Global Process Owners (GPOs), and governance boards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience managing complex IT or business transformation programs, with proven experience leading end-to-end ERP implementations (Microsoft Dynamics 365 strongly preferred)
• Strong working knowledge of formal IT governance frameworks, including Design Authority (DA), Architecture Review Board (ARB), and Change Control management
• Solid understanding of core business operations across Finance, Supply Chain, Commercial, and Procurement
• Experience in FMCG, brewing, manufacturing, or distribution sectors is highly advantageous
• Relevant project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, MSP) or Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are preferred
• Professional working proficiency in English is required for executive reporting and partner collaboration; proficiency in Lao is an advantage
