• Responsible for developing agricultural machinery in the assigned province
• Up to 40,000,000 LAK per month

Description

• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales of agricultural machinery in Laos
• Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential customers
• Manage a team of sales representatives and provide training and support as needed
• Monitor market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly
• Work closely with all 4 branches & other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products
• Ensure efficient communication and collaboration with the service and aftersales team
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management
• Act as a subject matter expert in your area of expertise, sharing that knowledge with your team and colleagues
• Ensure you continue to develop your knowledge and expertise through your personal career development and utilizing training and development offered by the company
• Act as an advocate for the company, promoting it internally and externally

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree level in business management or related fields
• Minimum 6 - 8 years of working experience in the agricultural machinery industry, has at least 3 years of experience working in a managerial capacity
• Laotian Nationality with proficiency in English skills in both verbal & written, able to communicate with stakeholders
• Open for Thai Nationality who can relocate to Lao
