The Role

Exciting opportunity for an experienced individual who has a strong sales and business development background in biochemical or agriculture fertilizer company

About the Company

Our client is a growing biochemical production company that supports rural communities to increase crop production in Laos

Description

• Develop sales, and grow the market locally and internationally
• Identify key distribution partners and direct clients and maintain relationships with them
• Lead the strategic marketing activities, and set the sales target for the sales team
• Supervise operation teams, and control product quality according to company production targets and budget
• Report to the Regional Business Director

Requirements

• 7-10 years of relevant marketing experience in the agriculture industry, 5 years in a managerial position
• Business English is a must
• Strong leadership and management skills are key parts of the role
