Description

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve and exceed spare parts sales targets
  • Analyse market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
  • Identify and engage with potential clients, understanding their spare parts requirements
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the spare parts sales team to achieve individual and collective targets
  • Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance team performance
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the spare parts industry, including product specifications, compatibility, and market trends
  • Provide technical expertise to clients and team members
  • Develop accurate sales forecasts and reports for management
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing insights for continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 3 - 5 years of spare parts sales experience in the automotive industry
  • Can drive a car and have a valid driving license
  • Proficiency in English
