• As a Legal Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all legal matters within the organization
• Up to 50,000,000 LAK plus other allowances and benefits

As a Legal Manager, you will provide legal advice and guidance to senior management, ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and handle any legal disputes or issues that may arise.

Description

• Provide legal advice and guidance to senior management on a wide range of legal matters
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards
• Review and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
• Manage and oversee legal disputes, including litigation and arbitration
• Conduct legal research and stay up to date with changes in laws and regulations
• Develop and implement legal policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance
• Collaborate with external legal counsel when necessary
• Train and educate employees on legal matters and compliance
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in legal management

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as Legal Manager or 7 years in legal field
• Strong knowledge of laws, regulations, and legal principles relevant to the organization's industry
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Good command of Lao and English languages (spoken and written)
• Lao Nationality Only: We are specifically looking for candidates who are nationals of Lao Country to promote diversity and support the local community
