Organization Development Executive at the International Food and Beverage Company in Laos

The Role

You will be a key member of our client team, contributing to the development and implementation of strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness and drive positive change within the company

Description

Conduct assessments to identify areas for improvement in organizational structure, processes, and culture
Assist in designing and implementing talent development programs
Support training initiatives to enhance employee skills and competencies
Support change management initiatives to facilitate smooth transitions
Assist in communication efforts to ensure understanding and buy-in from employees
Analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of OD initiatives
Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
Minimum 2 years of experience in an Organizational Development or Organizational Effectiveness role
Proven track record of successfully leading organizational transformation and change management initiatives
Strong facilitation and training skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse teams
Fluency in Lao Language or Thai Language is required
Willingness to travel as needed
