Description

• Leading the business conversation and focusing on strategic planning, coaching, and consulting leadership about HR matters
• Working closely with management and employees to provide hands-on and strategic input on talent management, employee relations, coaching/development, compensation, conflict management, organizational development, and training
• Partnering with the leadership team to develop succession plans and strategies
• Handling employee complaints, engaging in meaningful conflict resolution, and managing employee behaviour
• Demonstrating data literacy skills to analyze turnover, learning and development rates, and key performance indicators to provide actionable plans and KPI-driven strategies

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is required
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as an HRBP Manager or 7 years in HR field with proven experience in leading and managing change in a complex and fast-paced environment, with the ability to influence and drive organizational change initiatives
• A deep understanding of the company’s financial position, its midrange plans, its culture, and its competition to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Good command of Lao and English languages (spoken and written)
• Lao Nationality Only: We are specifically looking for candidates who are nationals of Lao Country to promote diversity and support the local community
