• The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes within the organization
• Up to 55,000,000 LAK plus other allowances and benefits

Description

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and hiring
• Ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with local, state, and federal regulations
• Develop and maintain employee benefits programs, including compensation, health insurance, expense reimbursement, and vacation
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures
• Implement performance management systems to monitor employee performance, provide feedback, and support professional development
• Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Human Resources and at least 3 years of experience at the management level
• Proven experience in HR roles, preferably in a managerial capacity
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR software systems
• Good command of Lao and English languages (spoken and written)
• Lao Nationality Only: We are specifically looking for candidates who are nationals of Lao Country to promote diversity and support the local community
