• The role will be responsibilities will encompass a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, talent management, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with local Labor laws
• Up to 15,000,000 LAK plus other allowances and benefits

The Role

As a Human Resource Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the company's HR operations in Lao Country

Description

• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures in alignment with the organization's goals and objectives
• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding
• Facilitate employee onboarding, 30-day check-in, probation, and offboarding processes
• Maintain accurate HR records, manage personnel files, and handle administrative tasks related to HR processes
• Support the overall strategy and implementation of recognition events and initiatives
• Manage the administration of employee benefits programs and salary reviews to ensure competitive and fair compensation packages

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Ideally 3 years of working experience in HR, preferably in a HR Generalist/ HR Operations role with Experience
• Attention to detail, ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment, structured and well-organized, creative, and out-of-the-box thinking are a must
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR software systems
• Good command of Lao and English languages (spoken and written)
• Lao Nationality Only: We are specifically looking for candidates who are nationals of Lao Country to promote diversity and support the local community
