The Head of Operations role was particularly challenging to fill because the e-learning sector is still uncommon in the local market. Candidates for this position often have very high expectations, viewing it as a potential stepping stone to future General Manager roles. This made identifying the right talent both competitive and sensitive, as candidates needed to be genuinely interested in the sector while bringing relevant operational experience.
