Description

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with market demand, distribution channels, and category growth opportunities
  • Drive revenue expansion through effective trade marketing, promotional planning, and retail execution across key accounts and general trade markets
  • Manage, mentor, and motivate sales teams to achieve monthly and annual targets while ensuring high standards of performance and accountability
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and strategic partners to secure long-term business opportunities and enhance market share
  • Analyze market intelligence, competitor activities, and sales performance data to optimize go-to-market strategies and improve operational efficiency
  • Report directly to the Country Sales Director, ensuring seamless alignment between field execution and organizational objectives

Requirements

  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in sales or business development within the consumer goods or FMCG industry, including at least 3 years in a managerial capacity
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related discipline; MBA preferred
  • Strong command of English and local language to effectively communicate across diverse stakeholders
  • Proven expertise in distributor management, trade marketing, and sales forecasting supported by data-driven decision-making
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with a track record of managing field sales teams, implementing sales automation tools, and driving high-volume distribution networks
