Description

• Review and update D&T strategy to support 3-year business growth, focusing on digitalizing route-to-consumer and becoming data-driven
• Identify gaps and improve current D&T policies, systems, and processes
• Collaborate with local, regional, and global teams to shape the D&T agenda
• Strengthen data governance and ensure availability of high-quality data
• Evaluate and plan adoption of global digital route-to-consumer solutions
• Propose solutions to digitize commerce processes and reduce manual tasks
• Lead development of BI and advanced analytics tools to support decision-making

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Digital Technology
• Minimum 7 years of experience in IT or Digital & Technology functions
• At least 2 years in a leadership role driving D&T transformation
• Strong expertise in data governance and business analytics
• Experience in application and solution architecture; promoting a digital culture
• Familiar with Agile/Lean methodologies and risk management practices
• Proven ability in governance and policy development
• Strong stakeholder management skills; able to foster collaboration and inspire teams
• Fluent in English language is a must
