System Analyst at Financial Services Company in Vientiane

• Analysing current business operations and systems, formulating functional requirements, designing appropriate solutions, and preparing detailed technical documentation
• Up to 2,000,000 LAK plus Other Benefits

Description

• Work closely with different departments to understand their needs for financial services’ tools and systems
• Review how things are currently done, suggest better ways, and plan how new systems should work
• Write clear task outlines and visuals to help teams understand what is needed
• Create testing plans, help during user testing, and support staff after the system goes live, including training and guides

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years as a System or Flow Analyst, preferably in banking or financial services
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and the ability to solve complex technical challenges
• Skilled in SQL, programming languages (Java, Python, .NET), database design (SQL/NoSQL), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Excellent English communication skill
