Evaluating existing business processes and systems, creating functional requirements, designing solutions and drafting technical specifications

Description

Elicit, analyse, and document business requirements from stakeholders across the organization
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions that meet business objectives
Develop detailed functional specifications and user stories to guide the development and implementation of system enhancements
Conduct gap analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels
Knowledge of SQL, database concepts, and data analysis techniques a plus
