The Role

A key leadership role responsible for building a reliable supplier network, ensuring compliance, managing procurement contracts, and optimizing purchasing strategies. The ideal candidate will bring strong commercial awareness, strategic thinking, and supplier engagement capabilities

The Role

• Design and implement procurement strategies that support business goals
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure quality, reliability, and cost-efficiency
• Lead contract negotiations and manage the full contract lifecycle, from drafting to closure
• Oversee daily purchasing operations, from order approvals to delivery follow-ups
• Manage procurement budgets and identify opportunities for cost optimization
• Conduct regular market analysis to stay ahead of pricing trends and risk factors
• Collaborate with finance, operations, and logistics teams for seamless procurement execution
• Lead a team of procurement professionals, providing mentorship and enforcing best practices
• Track procurement KPIs and supplier performance, preparing regular reports for management
• Ensure compliance with financial controls, company standards, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field
• Proven experience in procurement, supply chain, or commercial operations
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
• Understanding of contract terms, compliance, and financial analysis
• Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Strategic mindset with the ability to identify savings and efficiency opportunities
