Operations Manager at a Facilities Service Provider, Vientiane

  • Oversee multi-site operations, client relationships, and service quality to drive business performance

The Role

This role is responsible for managing daily operations across multiple service sites, ensuring high service standards, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency. You will lead teams, oversee performance, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining strong client relationships and achieving business targets

Description

  • Oversee daily operations across multiple sites, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships
  • Monitor service quality and implement improvements aligned with company standards
  • Conduct regular site visits and client meetings to review performance and address issues
  • Manage P&L performance, ensuring cost control and operational efficiency
  • Lead, coach, and develop operational teams to improve performance and engagement
  • Implement best practices in cleaning standards, safety, and operational procedures
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards across all sites
  • Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions to improve performance
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives through audits, benchmarking, and process optimization

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in operations or service management, focusing on services such as housekeeping, security etc, with multi-site
  • Strong leadership, people management, and problem-solving skills
  • Good understanding of service operations, quality management, and client handling
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
