Lead the Facilities Management team, ensuring smooth daily operations and aligning strategies with the company's goals to improve efficiency and reduce costs
Supervise a diverse team of technicians and staff, fostering professional growth and maintaining a positive, productive work environment
Manage maintenance, security, and cleaning services, ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and strong vendor relationships
Oversee the Facilities Management budget, monitor expenses, and optimize resource allocation for cost-effective operations
Build strong client relationships, identify new business opportunities, present services, and prepare accurate quotes to meet client expectations
