Description

• Facilitate communication between factory operations and planning teams to ensure seamless production
• Lead the development and execution of daily, weekly, and monthly production plans
• Collaborate with key departments to identify and resolve bottlenecks in the production process
• Analyze production data and adjust schedules to improve efficiency
• Lead a team of planners, driving continuous improvement in processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• More than 2 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Planning Execution, or Supply Network Planning
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
• Proficiency in planning software and tools
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
