Description

• Develop, evaluate, and revise safety programs and policies to eliminate workplace risks and meet regulatory standards.
• Support safety program implementation, provide safety training, collect environmental samples, and inspect workplace compliance.
• Conduct internal safety audits, document hazardous conditions, and report findings to relevant departments
• Monitor compliance through worker observations and risk assessments and develop programs to address deficiencies
• Investigate accidents to identify root causes and recommend preventive measures
• Perform other duties as assigned by the E&S manager

Requirements

• Bachelors’ degree (Or Higher) is a must
• At least 3 years of minimum experience in the related industry 
• Excellent strong verbal and written communication skills in English as well as Laos
• System and computer skills preferred
• Good knowledge of local private companies and government of Laos
• Possess strong knowledge of policies and procedures pertaining to health and safety of logistics
